    This Privacy Policy is provided for transparency and informational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice. AI Wealth Counsel LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. We recommend that clients and users consult qualified legal counsel regarding their own data privacy obligations.

    1. Who We Are

    AI Wealth Counsel LLC ("AWC," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We build, host, and support client acquisition systems for estate planning, probate, trust, and elder law firms in the United States. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

    This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across three contexts: visitors to our website at aiwealthcounsel.com; the law firms and authorized personnel who engage our services ("Clients"); and the personal information of a Client law firm’s own prospects and leads that our platform processes on the Client’s behalf ("Lead Information").

    2. Information We Collect

    2.1 Information You Provide Directly

    When you visit our website, contact us, or engage our services, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, firm name, the contents of any messages you send us, and the information you provide during onboarding. If you become a Client, we collect billing contact information. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by AWC.

    2.2 Information Collected Automatically

    When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your browser type, device type, IP address, approximate location, the pages you visit, and similar usage data through cookies and comparable technologies. See Section 6 for details on cookies.

    2.3 Lead Information Processed on Behalf of Clients

    Our platform is configured by each Client to capture information submitted by that Client’s own prospects through intake forms, scheduling tools, and automated communications. This may include a prospect’s name, contact details, the reason they reached out, their estate planning goals, and their responses to optional questions used to assess lead quality.

    We do not require prospects to provide sensitive information in order to use the intake system. We do not collect asset inventories, account numbers, financial statements, or supporting documents. Certain questions about home ownership, property, or general asset ranges are optional and exist solely to help the Client law firm gauge how to prioritize an inquiry. Prospects may decline to answer any question they are not comfortable answering and still complete the intake process.

    With respect to Lead Information, AWC acts as a service provider processing data on behalf of the Client law firm. The Client law firm, not AWC, determines what information is collected and is responsible for its own legal basis, disclosures, and consents for collecting and using its prospects’ personal information. AWC processes Lead Information solely to provide the contracted services and does not use it for AWC’s own marketing.

    3. How We Use Information

    We use the information described above to operate our website and services, including to:

    • Respond to inquiries and communications you send us
    • Evaluate interest in our services and communicate with prospective and current Clients
    • Deliver, maintain, and support the systems we build and host for Clients
    • Operate automated intake, qualification, follow-up, and scheduling on behalf of Clients
    • Generate lead prioritization and consultation briefs for a Client’s own staff
    • Process billing and payments
    • Improve our website and services
    • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our agreements

    4. Third-Party Service Providers

    We rely on reputable third-party providers to deliver our services, including providers of hosting and customer relationship management platforms, automation and communication tools (including email and, where applicable, text messaging), website analytics, and payment processing. Some of these platforms include built-in automation and intelligent features that process information within their own systems.

    These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and are subject to their own privacy and security practices. We do not sell personal information to any third party. A current description of the categories of providers we use is available on request by emailing support@aiwealthcounsel.com.

    5. How We Share Information

    We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:

    • With third-party service providers, solely to deliver our services
    • With a Client law firm, in the case of Lead Information that the Client has engaged us to collect and process on its behalf
    • With professional advisors bound by confidentiality obligations
    • Where required by law, legal process, or government authority
    • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the recipient agrees to honor this Privacy Policy
    • Where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AWC, our Clients, or others

    6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

    Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. Some cookies are essential for the site to function. Others help us analyze traffic and improve the website. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect site functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

    7. Data Retention

    We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Website analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s standard periods. Client account and communication records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, or as required by law. Lead Information is retained within the Client’s account for the duration of the engagement; following termination, we make reasonable efforts to allow the Client to export their data before it is removed. Financial records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

    8. Data Security

    We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including access controls and the use of established third-party platforms with their own security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

    9. Children’s Privacy

    Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@aiwealthcounsel.com.

    10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

    Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing communications, and to request a copy of your information. You may opt out of AWC marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing support@aiwealthcounsel.com.

    Wyoming does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute. Regardless, we are committed to the reasonable privacy practices described here. If you are a resident of a state with specific privacy rights and you believe those rights apply to your interactions with AWC, contact us and we will respond in good faith. To make any request, email support@aiwealthcounsel.com, and we will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.

    11. International Considerations

    AWC operates under United States law, and members of our team may be located outside the United States. By providing information to AWC, you understand that it may be accessed by our personnel in other locations solely to deliver the services described in this Privacy Policy.

    12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated policy at aiwealthcounsel.com. Your continued use of our website or services after the updated policy is posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
